The Vilvoorde Lodge offers modern rooms with free WiFi in the wing of an historic building. This former house of correction has a 24-hour front desk and is located 15 minutes’ drive from Brussels. I thought it was exceptional. Easy parking. Private spa. Great rooms. Good location. I hadn't prebooked the spa so they did that for us late evening. Loved it. I suggest prebooking it though. Good breakfast. An experience to remember. It was a jail previously. Loved little facts lying around.

Being in a middle of the forest/park only 20 min from Brussels center. perfect for relaxing after full day of work in the city offices. Staying outside of the city for work was an experiment - and a successful one thanks to the location, welcome and breakfast facilities at the B&B.

Thermae Boetfort is a 400-year old castle domain which offers elegant yet rustic rooms, both inside (superior & deluxe) as well as outside (classic) of the castle domain. Incredible thermal baths in old renovated castle. I liked everything about this place. I’ve been too many thermal baths all over the world and this is by far one of the better ones. There are two parts. One of them being clothing optional. The clothing optional part is indeed a bit larger. Most people wear a towel around their waist, so no problem. Lots of choices of steam rooms, dry saunas, whirlpools and baths. I ate at the restaurant and was very satisfied. Food was a high quality. Service was excellent.
