This design hotel in the historic centre of Friedrichsberg features a sauna, garden terrace and bicycle rental facilities. It is a 10-minute walk from the Schlei inlet of the Baltic Sea. we had a ground floor room with access to a small terrace which greatly enhanced our comfort level during the stay. Breakfast was awesome with all fresh food

The hotel is very centrally located but quiet. The hotel is a historic building with great character. The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower, plenty of instant hot water and well designed.

The Hotel KO15 is located in the oldest trading area of the historic centre of Lübeck, made famous by Thomas Mann's novel Buddenbrooks. Our room in the main building was perfect. We loved the ambience and charm of the hotel and its convenient, central and scenic location. You can easily walk everywhere. The big beautiful breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so comfortable.

I greatly appreciated the kindness of the conscientious staff, their efforts to ensure an excellent stay, and ease while traveling with my bicycle. The room was simple, but clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. I appreciated the large windows and being able to open them fully or not, and the different lamps which offered a welcome choice for reading and relaxing. Location is extremely convenient! A great choice!

Offering rooms with spacious private balconies and stunning views of the surrounding forest and the Baltic Sea, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from Timmendorfer-Strand’s beaches. The room was very clean and new. Although small, the bathroom was spacious and well organized. The sheets were fresh and clean. The overall smell of the hotel and the room was very pleasant. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities. The breakfast was ok and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
