Situated in Bacilly, 43 km from Saint Malo, Château de Chantore is set in 18 hectares of land and features a sun terrace and views of the lake. I have to say that the Garden of the Chateau is really beautiful and peaceful! You can relax yourself there and enjoy the lovely breakfast with the nice honey and hazelnut from the Garden. The host was very kind and helpful and he gave us very good suggestion about restaurant nearby. The room was also very beautiful!

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, A L'Ombre du Mont St Michel is a B&B located in the countryside of Huisnes-sur-Mer, just 2 km from the Mont Saint-Michel. A gorgeous little place in the countryside. The small breakfast provided was delicious, and the host was very helpful. I got to meet both the resident cat and dog, and they were friendly. I was able to walk to the hotel from Monte Saint Michelle, which took me a bit (approx. 1.25 hrs), but it was a pleasant day. I booked an early train back to Paris, and the host was able to help me figure out transportation to the station (train/bus/rental car recommended).

Located in the centre of Pontorson, Villa Mons is 9 km from Le Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey and the sea. A very special place. beautiful rooms. very generous breakfast. The owners are very kind and warm.

La Boudrie is an elegant guest house located in the historical centre of Avranches. It features free Wi-Fi access, a garden with a terrace and a shared living room with a fireplace. The lady who looked after the accomodation looked after us, parked our bicycles securely and provided a fantastic breakfast.

Set in an 18th-century château registered as an historic building, this B&B is located a 15-minute drive from Mont St Michel. The owner and staff were lovely. I wish we had more time to enjoy this unique property. I will be trying to return some day!

Composed of 2 villas and situated 400 metres from Avranches Train Station in Mont Saint Michel's bay, La Ramade - Teritoria is a mansion surrounded by well-established gardens. The location was great as well as the cleanest of the rooms, breakfast was amazing and the staff outstanding!

Located in Pontorson, Maison d'Hôtes Les Belles de Mai offers a garden and a furnished terrace with seating area, just 9.4 km away from Mont-Saint-Michel. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the B&B. The accommodation was located in a beautiful historic building and had a lovely peaceful garden. It was easy to find and had ample street parking. The room and en suite bathroom were clean and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept soundly through the night. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of pastries, crepes, preserves, eggs, meats and cheeses. The coffee and juice rounded out a delightful meal to start the day. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful hosts and their library with books and publications about the region. The hosts recommended local restaurant La Casa de Quentin for dinner. It was only a 2 minute walk down the street and an excellent recommendation! Looking forward to returning to Normandy and Maison d'Hôtes Les Belles de Mai!

Hotel Vert offers pastel-coloured rooms with a private bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi access. It is located 2 km from the Mont Saint-Michel tidal island on the Normandy Coast. The location was perfect, the room was clean, the staff was super friendly. The restaurant nearby (Salicorne) was great value!

This ibis hotel has views of Granville’s marina and is located 100 metres from the ferry terminal providing access to the Anglo-Norman Isles of Jersey, Guernsey and Serck. Staff was so happy and kind and it was close to the boats with easy walk to town.
