The B&B was less than 5 minutes walk from Sandown beach and was well decorated, spotlessly clean and Margaret was a wonderful host! There was also free on street parking outside the property and we never had trouble parking.

Offering views of the nearby sailing boats, Villa Rothsay Hotel is located in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Free WiFi access is available, as well as free parking. Breakfast and all staff especially Jackie on reception were great. Very warm welcome and kind.

Ward Avenue B&B is just 5 minutes’ walk from Cowes High Street and its port, where ferries leave for Southampton. This charming guest house offers attractive rooms and a full English breakfast. Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Beautiful garden which also looks amazing at night, lit up by fairy lights. We booked Ward Avenue because of the excellent reviews and absolutely agree with them.

The Enchanted Manor is a family-run bed and breakfast on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor. The hotel was lovely, and the customer service and friendliness from the hotel owner Peta and her staff was second to none. The food was divine - it was a vegetarian menu, and though my husband and I do eat meat at home, we certainly didn't miss it during our stay. The garlic mushrooms on toast for breakfast was a particular highlight! Peta in particuarly was extrememely knowledgable about the Isle and gave lots of good tips and suggested places to visit when we asked - as newcomers to the Isle of Wight we were extremely grateful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, and there were little touches everywhere of just small things to make your stay more comfortable - from DVDs to borrow, to a little fridge in the room to store bottled water and milk for your morning tea, as well as thoughtful bathroom additions. Our booked room was upgraded on arrival to a suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team thoughtfully gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a card as well. There was one small issue during our stay - the boiler stopped working properly a few days in to our stay, which led to occaisionally not getting baths or showers when we wanted. However the team tried to resolve as best they could until someone could fix it so we always did manage to get to shower - and they gave us a lovely gift at the end of our holiday to apologise for the hot water issue.

In the seaside town of Cowes, on the Isle of Wight, this B&B offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. With a conservatory breakfast room and a terraced garden, it is a 10-minute drive from Newport.... Paula the owner was gracious with her time answering all questions and making a traveller feel very comfortable. The room was incredible with tea upon arrival, fresh fruit and the most beautiful walk-in bath shower with skylight. Visit and you will love it.

The Bell Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the beach and seafront restaurants in Sandown. There is free private forecourt parking and free WiFi throughout the building. Emma and Gordon were lovely hosts to add to a very enjoyable six day discovery of the Isle of Wight making The Bell Lodge a perfect base.

Fernbank offers superb bed and breakfast accommodation. This intimate property is with on-site parking, it is just a 10-minute walk from the Shanklin's cliff tops and beach. The breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful and were kind enough to make suggestions of what to visit on the island. I

Set in attractive gardens, The Havelock offers a Mediterranean-style pool and en suite rooms, some have a sea view. There is some free private parking, and the seafront is close by. Being a smaller hotel ii felt like living La Dolce vita a really good life
