Exceptionally friendly staff, not crowded and always available chairs by the pool. Outstanding view from the balcony. For our family perfect relaxing stay and contrast to busy Singapore.

Located in Batam's commercial hub, AP Premier Batam boasts a heated indoor swimming pool, a restaurant and elegant rooms. The hotel contacted us prior to arriving to ask if we have any allergies or requests they should take note of, which was unique. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a room decoration and a slice of cake. They also helped us take pictures of us and the cake. The hotel has many facilities such as an indoor pool, a gym, spa area, a restaurant, and a bar with darts, pool table and karaoke corner. The restaurant serves buffet every morning from 6am to 10am, and the breakfast spread is rather large and interesting, and it changes every day, except for the pastries and live station. Room service was also excellent. They changed the towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers everyday, and gave us bottles of mineral water daily too. We did mention that they need not tidy the room which they complied. Overall an amazing stay, the staff were very friendly.
