Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Homemade breakfast buffet. Very cozy room. Excellent views of lake and mountain. Amazing location near a puffin colony. Bathroom extremely clean even though not private. Highly recommend staying here.

Snæfell - Hotel by Aldan is 500 metres from the Smyril Line Ferry Terminal in Seydisfjördur. WiFi and parking are free. The hotel was so cute, also warm and comfortable. You can see the sea (more like a lake) near the window. The view was amazing. The staffs were kind, too.

The restaurant is great.. we had a very delicious dinner and a good breakfast! The food was outstanding and affordable! The waitress was very attentive and kind. The surroundings of the property is exceptional.. with the hotel overlooking the lake and the mountains.. on the sides there are small ports and the back of a hotel is a resting town rich in history.

Set in Seydisfjördur village, this accommodation offers rooms with free WiFi. Egilsstadir village is 28 km away. The property also offers on-site free parking. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms. The old furniture looked great! And it used very skillfully, even the refrigerator was nicely hidden in the big desk! Bed was very comfortable.

This Seydisfjordur Guesthouse is situated in the eastern fjords of Iceland, 25 minutes’ drive from Egilsstadir Airport. It offers free WiFi and a garden. Good location, clean, nice shared kitchen!
