Gorgeous hotel! The rooms, the public spaces, the restaurant were all excellent. The staff were also very good. The hotel has a great location just outside the colonial old town - yet easy to get into the old town. The Zocalo was only a 15 minute walk away. Finally, the art work throughout the hotel was simply stunning.

Location was perfect for walking to Centro to shop for talavera. Breakfast was very good. All staff we talked to were fantastic. Secure parking was a big factor in our decision.

Staff was wonderful, professional and accommodating. Check in was easy. The rooms and lobby were clean. The location was fantastic. Was here 7 years ago and plan on coming back!
