Located in Lisbon’s historical Pombaline Downtown, Augusta is an elegant boutique guesthouse which not only offers 12 spacious rooms, but also a rooftop where you can have a nice Portuguese wine, or... The location was perfect - we were on the main street and everything was 5 min from us. The view from the room was amazing - towards the street and you could see the Arc of Rua Augusta and the Castel de Sao Jorge in the distance. The style of the room was interesting - it had vintage elements, combined with contemporary. The breakfast was very delicious and romantic - it was on the roof and there was a view towards the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, in the lively Chiado area, Feeling Chiado 15 is set in a 19th century building and offers free WiFi. The location, the comfort, and the staff. It is unbelievable that such a high quality and affordable place exists in the best location in Lisbon! The staff was extremely helpful. I left early in the morning and forgot to leave a tip for the cleaners - my apologies!

The Sky Lofts Lisbon - Guesthouse is located in the centre of Lisbon. Free WiFi access is available throughout the building and the Parque Metro Station is just 100 metres away. this property was in a great location really close to the main area of Lisbon. The bathroom really comfortable. Although they are shared bathrooms, they were exceptionally clean and always available. Staff was wonderful.

BessaHotel Liberdade is centrally located in Lisbon’s prestigious Avenida da Liberdade, a few minutes’ from Restauradores Square. The room is spacious and hotel is located centrally - almost near the tourist area/restaurants/metro/trains, Though central, we didn't hear any noise coming from the streets. The hotel staff are friendly and even were welcomed with free bottled water and pasteis de nata :) Lastly, our beds and room were made and cleaned everyday. Overall, our stay has been an enjoyable one! P.S. we ordered an aromatic massage for an hour at the hotel and it was well worth it! the massage room was just 10 steps away from our room which enabled us to leave our children with peace of mind :)

From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

Located on a hill in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace Lisbon consists of three buildings in which two of them are traditional 19th-century mansions, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Everything was perfect. It was the prettiest, most incredible place I've stayed in. The attention to detail is just incredible at every corner.

All staff members were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. In addition to the great and central location and cozy environment, the staff really made a difference.
