„After researching and reading reviews of most of the apartments/accomodation in gold coast, finding Surf Regency was fairly easy. Feedbacks were mixed but i had to do more research to pin point exactly the location and service provided. We wanted a fairly decent place to stay on a given budget. Not a luxurious accomodation since most of the time we will be out to explore but more on comfort, accesibility and of course a good view of the gold coast beach ( the very reason we chose this for our trip ) . I sent a couple of emails and what made me decide is how Karen the manager patiently took her time responding! It was then i knew we will be taken cared of. I cancelled other resort/apartment reservation and confirmed payment. The location is FANTASTIC. A few steps from the beach. A walk to the right side and CAVILL AVENUE, behind the property will be lots of eateries and TRAM. We were on the 10th floor and the view is STUNNING. It was not a new building like the other resorts that of course cost double the price than what we paid for - but for everything we had, we truly got more than we paid for! Cooking ware complete from wine glasses, washing machine to a dryer! We did our laundry and did light cooking as food was a bit pricey. The famous $10 buffet breakfast that i googled was a mere walking distance from our place! We did sauna on the top floor, jacuzzi on the ground floor. We also did the BRISBANE city sightseeing/ river cruise/ lone pine koala day tour that conveniently picked us up from our apartment at 630am and drop us back at 5pm. Airport services is also available from the property desk. But i suggest you book it from the time you arrive to the airport. Its the same price basically it depends on how many pax but at least return airport transfer is taken cared of. Karen even inserted a note/letter to confirm to us pick up time of the airport transfer eventhoough we didnt booked through them.“

„Very happy with my stay, Murry the manager was very friendly and helpful, he gave me a good introduction to property and was happy for me to use BBQ on a couple of occasion on short notice and even showed me how to use it etc. We had heaps of wifi 5 GB per day. The appartment was clean and tidy and I was very impressed with the appliances eg massive flat screen tv with Foxtel channels and small flat screen in bedroom and a washing machine and dryer. There was plenty of cooking utensils and appliances such a toasty sandwich press, non stick fry pan and storage containers. The underground off stree parking was fantastic as well. The pool area and spar was nice especially at night with blue neon lights. Gardens where well maintained with well established palm trees“
