“I stayed in Safran Hotel for 4 nights in April 2017. Overall the hotel is centrally located close to the metro and Ganjlik mall. I was offered a free airport pickup due to which I was not required to change money at expensive money changers at the airport. The staff is exceptional especially Mr. Sabri who is very prompt in responding to any queries via email prior to booking. He went out of the way by going to the store with me to ensure I was not overcharged while purchasing the local SIM card. Furthermore, he gave me honest advice on traveling economically and offered a very good price for the tour to Gobustan(however due to time constraints I decided not to take the tour). In short I am completely satisfied and would definitely stay here and recommend this property to everyone traveling to Baku.”

“We needed a place to sleep near Baku airport - our plane arrived very late, around 4 am. But Rahbar (the owner) was totally ok with our late arrival, he even offered to meet us at the airport - and we are so sorry now that we said "no"! We took a cab and the driver couldn't find the address and took us to the other village. We called Rahbar and he was so kind and drove there to pick us up! The place is very clean and warm. “It was a very pleasant stay thanks to Shamsi. First of all, we ordered a transfer from the airport to the apartment, everything went easily, organised fast. The rooms were spacious and very clean, exactly they looked like on the photo. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator which you can use easily. Nearby there is a good restaurant, name is Salem Aleykum, we also tried it, it was good. Also there is a little supermarket so you can buy everything there. The apartment is not is the city centre but by bus and metro it is very easy to reach it because the metro station is less than 5 minutes walk.
