„The property owner was amazing, she met us on our schedule after running late in traffic, and gave my wife and I a New Year's gift-bottle of sekt, very thoughtful. The apartment is near a few stores with bakeries, which was great considering it's loaded with a full kitchen. You get free bus passes to get you to old-town Bad Tolz which is beautiful. I'm a runner, and this apartment was in a great spot for some wooded runs and jaunts down along the river downtown, but not walking distance (unless you have an hour). We had a car so it wasn't an issue. We were fortunate to snag the southern-facing third floor, which gave us incredible mornings (all-glass southern side) and great views of the mountains and a big sky. Very clean place, very new, fully furnished, really couldn't ask for anything else.“
