“The major selling point of this apartment is the stunning view. It is breath taking. You have views of center of London. The kitchen was functional and the appliances were adequate, so if you like cooking you will be positively surprised. There was also cleaning service provided during our stay - which was very nice. Having said that I have to cover less nice points: the apartment looked in need of some repair: there was cracked paint, lamps that were not covered or had stained covers. In the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell coming from shower installation. The apartment was somewhat cold and the furnishings looked worn out. I am saying all these things as the apartment is called a penthouse - which I think it is a bit misleading. A major problem was the noise from construction. It seems there is a lot of construction all over the London, so I'm not sure if you can escape this. Nevertheless, when we arrived I saw the cranes and asked about them. We were told by the hostess we wouldn't here them on the 16th level. Not true, and the noise started pretty early, which towards the end of our stay started getting to us. You also have to take into account that there is no air conditioning - which may be problematic during the hot sunny day. One other point, there was an unexpected interruption in drinking water service during our stay. So, we just had to deal with it whereas, a hotel would have provided some remedy. Just something to think about. Despite all these inconveniences I have to say that if you like being in the center of it all, this may be the right location for you. A few footsteps away from the theatre district, you really experience London's fast pace.”

“Upon entering the apartment block it wasn't very clean and there were quite a few stairs to climb until the apartment was reached however once we entered the actual apartment it was very clean and with plenty of room. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for us. Very good location for sightseeing, with everything in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use as only there for 1 night. Was a bit noisy at night but only what you would expect when staying in Leicester Square.
