“We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, spacious, bright and well appointed apartment which we had all to ourselves in a quiet, leafy residential area not far from the centre of Athens – and would love to stay here again when we hopefully return to Athens one day. The apartment is very homely, with several tasteful decorative touches and a comfortable lounge beside the kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an incredibly large balcony. Moreover it was appreciated that the kitchen had all the supplies you would need for a short stay (e.g. kitchen rolls, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, various utensils) – not to mention the fact that our host had bought us a few bottles of mineral water, some fruit juices and a bowl of fruit before our arrival. The lift to the apartment on the first floor was also very practical. The host, Tina, was most friendly and welcoming: she not only met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment, but also helped us also during our stay with various matters such as ordering food from local restaurants, checking bus timetables and arranging transport. I also have to mention that communication with her was very easy before arrival – our emails were answered promptly and useful advice regarding arrival was given. Very close to the apartment there is a kiosk where you can get water, juices, biscuits, sweets, etc. There is also a supermarket five minutes away as well as some restaurants. As for getting into the centre of Athens, it was easy to hail a taxi on the corner of Antheon and Neapoleos (many empty taxis coming constantly from the two local hospitals so that it took us no longer than two minutes to get one on the five days we went into town) which could either take us to Agias Paraskevi on the blue metro line for about five euros (in about ten minutes) or into the centre of Athens for ten to twelve euros (in about twenty minutes).”

“We liked the fact that Constantine was there waiting for us on arrival. He showed us all around the apartment, and its features. The facilities were amazing. The view was amazing, overlooking the Temple of Zeus. He provided us with cold drinks in fridge. Water, ice tea, and orange juice. Not to mention the bottle of wine for us. He was such a lovely host. The apartment was very stylish. A lot of thought had gone into the decor. It was air conditioned, which is much needed. Two lovely balconies, which we spent sat on late at night when it was cooler. It was lovely and comfortable. Everywhere was in walking distance, as was the metro and buses etc. All in all, it was the best apartment we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a few. We would strongly recommend it, and would certainly stay there again.”

“One of the best appartment I've never stayed around the world.Very spacious and ideal for a family (we were 3 adults and 2 children), new and clean!! Strategic position between Acropoli and Fix metro station,you can reach Plaka and Monastiraki in walking distance. The main streat is full of rent a car, it was perfect for our 1 day tour to Korinto, Mikenis, Naplios and Epidauro. Restaurant, bar, supermarket close to the appartment, you can find everything you want! Zeffie is a wonderful host, totally nice and helpfull. The last evening we stayed, she left a paper under the door informing us about Obama's visit in Athen the day after and closure of the metro. This saved us, cause we could organize ourself and reach the airport by taxi on time for our flight ! Although, I booked this property because the reviews were great. It is not a set up, everything is real and the way they were described. Opinions do vary from people to people, but this is mine. 24 hour hot water, amazing location, very easy to locate from syntagma square, secure and quiet, few minutes walk to bus stop and the the supermarket. You do not need a taxi to go to the famous acropolis of Athens, there are road signs that will lead you through and people are also willing to help. “We stayed in this Apartment with my girlfriend and thought that it was amazing. The place was near to both the historical sites and the places where the university generation was spending their time. The personel was very kind to us. They said that this was their first experience as flat lenders but they looked like professionals. Hotel was clean and it was one of the best hotels which you can afford with this low price. “Location was awesome with a 15 minute walk to syntagma square (less than 5 Euro cab ride if you take a cab) and local shops just two streets away - bakery, small goods stores, pharmacy. Across from the Hilton Hotel and very near to the two metro stations. In a very quiet street but with a hospital just next door. I loved the size of the apartment and its facilities - we had a washing machine and dishwasher, central heating, air con, filtered coffee, nespresso machine and other kitchen facilities. The apartment is on the top floor with lift access but squeeze in the lifts are tight! There is a huge balcony although being there in rainy season we didn't use it much. The clothes also dried overnight with the central heating and air-con on heater - pretty nifty! We walked just about everywhere and found it really handy. The bathroom was small in comparison but that wasn't a real issue for the three of us. Overall the apartment was huge and extremely comfortable and clean and the hosts were just great! We will definitely return and highly recommend this apartment.”

“This apartment is very well designed with well thought out layout. There is everything a guest needs as well as lovely extra touches. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything was very clean with crisp cotton bedding and soft towels, the beds are comfortable and whilst it is a smallish City apartment, the living areas are open and feel spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal, plenty of good restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk, a small supermarket on the nearest corner. The main tourist attractions were only 15 minutes easy walking away, it couldn't have worked better.”

“It is not too far away from a centre. Takes 10 minutes on foot to reach underground. Apartments are descent, the owner is flexible. For example, when I arrived, friends offered to go out, but it was already late. The owner said that its fine and there were no problems with collecting keys. If you use a car, parking can be a bit of issue as in most of areas in Athens. Definitely better than in the centre. Don't leave belongings in a car if you park in this area, it is considered not the wealthiest one. For a high season its a great offer for the price.”
