„The room was what I expected. For me and my husband, the room and bathroom size were just alright. They clean the room and bathroom and change our towels everyday. The staff were nice. The building has no curfew hours so this is great for travellers who go want to go back late at night. There were 3 lifts. 1 for odd floors, 1 for even floors and 1 which service all the floors so you don't need to wait for a very long time using the lift. The area of the place itself is much better that the one in the chungking and mirador mansions. There were bars, stores and streetfoods close at the property. The A2 exit of the tsim sha tsui MTR station was also close to the property, about 3-5 minutes walk. There were no foreigners trying to sell you something. This was also very close to the promenade and other tourist spots. If you are really into walking and sight seeing, this is a very good place to book. :)“

In room check-in. Top quality of the food even in the room dining. Hotel is very patient to the kids: pajamas, toys and even special equipment so the kids couldn't hurt themselves in the room.
We choose this hotel because six years ago me and my wife came here to have a dinner and the personal was so kind to us so even gave a key of the room to redress. The room was very nice so we decided to stay here next time.
As alternative we were thinking about to stay in new one Ritz Carlton on top floor, but decide not to change our plans and it's become totally right! We were in Ritz for a dinner and now I can say, that first of all better to stay always in the city center and,to compare, Mandarin is more comfortable.
