  "This is a very special place in a beautiful setting. We were met by Abba, our charming and amiable host, who took time to get to know us a bit and offered us scrumptious home-baked cookies to have with tea and/or coffee. Our rooms and bathrooms were beautiful --- immaculately clean, generously proportioned, comfortable, and overlooking a lovely landscape. The beds, linens and duvets were crisp and comfy. We enjoyed this farm and its horses. Abba took our son to introduce him to the animals. And the family dog was just a hoot! --- friendly and frisky and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious --- freshly-out-of-the-oven souffle and home-made baked goods in addition to a variety of fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, breads, juices, etc. There's a municipal pool to enjoy in this little town. And ----- Laugar is only about 30 minutes away from Myvatn. We loved this place and hope to come back for a longer stay!"
