WiFi was consistently great, there is a path from the hotel that leads straight down to the smaller (and, in my opinion, better) beach in Positano, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They organized our departure for us and helped us bring our bags up an ungodly number of stairs to the road.
Michele in particular was wonderful and always willing to help. He was friendly, made good coffee, and was happy to answer any questions we had.

„We were three women in a room which sleeps three people, so with the large bathroom (great shower!), the kitchenette and the balcony we felt that we had plenty of space. Francesca was very helpful and kind, and the communication was easy. She arranged parking outside the property. The prosecco was much appreciated, especially as we were celebrating a birthday.
Having pastries, cereals and yoghurts provided meant that we had breakfast to hand, and as there was a fridge and kitchen facilities we could store and prepare our own snacks from the supermarket.
There is a taxi stand and a bus stop nearby, and a few restaurants and nice shops on the walk down to the beach. As far as steps and hilly climbs go in Positano, this was a relatively easy walk!

The weather was also great, sunny and warm. Easy to get to Pompei and all across the Amalfi coast.

Wow!), the Path of the Gods walk starting right from the doorstep was great (make sure to try the tomato and mozerella panini from the little cafe on the cliff by the start) and there is a convenient little shop and great pizza place on the cliffs looking out over Positano under 5mins walk towards the bus stop.
In my opinion staying up in Nocelle was much better than staying in Positano itself. There is a little extra effort getting up and down to beaches etc, but so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists to enjoy the beauty of the Italian Coast. There is a bus between Nocelle and Positano (once an hour, so be sure to check times, takes perhaps 20mins) but it's an easy walk down the stairs to the beach for a little exercise to burn off all that pizza (though would advise against trying to walk up them with all your bags like we did!)
