“Madeira is a fantastic, beautiful island, and Casas do Largo Dos Milagres is the right place to go to. I'm really pleased that I've found this offer because it was an excellent experience to stay there. The house is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and located app. 200 m from the sandy beach of Machico, which is a lovely (not crowded) town to visit or to start your trips around the island from. You've got some good restaurants in the corner, and a great bar Tasquihna O Salsa (20 m from the house) serving some good, refreshing, local drinks (poncha, pe de cabra, nikita) - you just have to try them all. It's a must! ;-) Floripes, our householder, is a very kind, warm and helpful person. She will give you some tips on what to see on the island, where to go eat or drink, where to rent a car. Of course, you have to go to Porto Santo by ferry Lobo Marinho, where you will find fabulous natural sandy beaches, turquoise and warm ocean, and good food (especially bolo do caco in the small stand near the Villa Baleira's pier). As yet, the best holidays ever! ;-)”

“For a short stay -maybe before living the island, as we did- it's highly recommended. For more days, I am not so sure. Apartment has all needed facilities and an interesting design, most probably owner is working in this field. You can find a lot of great books on architecture and art, I spent some time learning and refreshing my knowledge on Oscar Niemeyer... Beds are comfy, hot water for showers available, coffee maker with available capsules (a big plus).”

“Tiago was super helpful, always available on whatsapp for any question before and during our stay. House is big and had everything we needed. We spent a week there doing lots of trekking and we were enjoing the sandy beach of macicho in the afternoon and the house just for dinner and night. house maybe does not have a great view to offer but is close to most highlights of madeira. so it fit perfectly our needs.”

“We are very happy about the choice to stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, clear, designed in nice modern way and very well equipped - especially kitchen with all the little items you don't buy for a short trip but it's very usefull to have it (seasoning, salt, sugar, olive oil, paper towels, coffy, etc. ). We appreciated parking in a private garage and nice view from the balcony. Our host was very kind and friendly with personal approach. Also location of this place is good as a starting point to several trips on the island (by car). We do recommend to stay here.”
