“I loved that the front dest clerk (Adam) took care of us IMMEDIATELY when I told him of our room's condition. Evidently there had been a leak the previous week just above our room (217). It was extremely damp and smelled like mildew. Nothing would dry. He even went so far as to credit us a night for the inconvenience. He would have done more but I had booked two of the three nights through booking.com.”

“Booked this hotel for VT Summer Academy move-in. Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff was super friendly and so helpful. The room was nice and super clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. Coffee and hot tea available in lobby. Location was convenient. Will be staying here again!! Would give it 11 out of 10 if I could!”
