“The lady at the counter, I can't remember her name, older lady with grey hair, you'll know her if you see her, very personable and was extremely friendly and helpful. When she found out I was there for my husband's graduation from Fort Jackson Army base she just poured out compliments and gratitude about him being a shoulder and for his sacrifice, she went above and beyond with how she treated us. I would come back just because of her.”
