The staff here are wonderful, every single person I spoke to was so welcoming, polite and friendly. I requested a few items to my room and they were brought quickly by housekeeping. The food quality is also great and reasonably priced, I ate twice in the restaurant. Rooms are basic but very clean and the housekeeping service is thorough and thoughtful. Even though it is a very busy hotel, I felt recognised and valued as a customer, especially Komang on the reception and Zakaria in the breakfast. Great job 👍🏽 It's fairly close to the metro and the area around the hotel has 24hr shops, pharmacies, restaurant and coffee shops so it is really convenient. Super easy to get a taxi and the metro is also very close by.

We stayed in a room with a balcony. While the view was not particularly impressive, the balcony itself was spacious and comfortable. The entire room, as well as the hotel, stood out for its cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to assist and respond to any questions. Although the metro is located a bit further away, it is still within walking distance, and taxis are readily available right in front of the hotel. Overall, my impression of the hotel is excellent, and I would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

We liked this hotel so much. First I would like to mention hotel staff, they were supper polite and attentive. Room service also was good. Our daughters enjoyed very much in the swimming pool, which is located on the top floor of the hotel. We had half board, which means breakfast and dinner/lunch is included, there was so big assortment and so delicious. So highly recommend this hotel 👌❤️
