Our stay was nothing less than perfect. The place is clean. Rooms are clean .. beds comfortable. Breakfast is superb.. But what makes this hotel feel like home is the wonderfull staff who are friendly and never say no to any request.. Thank you to every staff member. I am not good with names.. however.. all of them are super nice and super friendly. Special friend to the gentelman who was working at the front desk Sunday 14 January.. I asked him if it is possible to have late check out Monday at 2:00 pm..he never blinked and said.. consider it done. We will choose this place again once we are back in Dubai🙏

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Thanks to the hospitality staff we managed to find our taxi before leaving to the airport. The breakfast was delicious, there is also rooftop pool which is free of charge and you can relax on the sun beds. We also used the option for free ride to the palm - highly recommended too!
