Lovely hotel. Apart from the first staff member who attended to us(who was a little impatient with us when we were asking questions prior to check in), the check in process was handled smoothly and all the other staff members were pleasant. They were prompt with attending to our needs and were always available if we had any questions about how to get to certain sites in Dubai. The rooms were clean and lovely. The hotel was gorgeous and picturesque. I loved the Christmas display they had out for Christmas. The hotel was not far from all the major sites and there were taxis right in front of the hotel to take us wherever we had to go. I will definitely stay there again. My friends and I had a great time and loved our time in Grand Millennium Dubai.

very good location, next to metro station and free shuttle to yas island and abu dhabi. the landlord responds quickly and goes out of his way to help store out luggage before checkin and after checkout.It is very clean and modern building.The apartment has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a VIP room on the 27th floor and the view was great. All the staff were very friendly and we will definitely be back.

The staff in general are extremely friendly and always willing to help with any problems. The staff at the front desk (Mr. Sahil and the rest of the team) have been so accommodating and kind. The breakfast buffet has a variety of wholesome options. I look forward to my stay at the Ramada every time I’m in Dubai. I’d highly recommend it to everyone.
