very good location, next to metro station and free shuttle to yas island and abu dhabi. the landlord responds quickly and goes out of his way to help store out luggage before checkin and after checkout.It is very clean and modern building.The apartment has everything you need.

The staff is very polite and they pay attention to detail. I was there for my birthday and they gave me a surprise in my room! It was nice! Another plus is that the room has a washing machine, so if you buy a small powder you can easily do everything yourself

My stay at Tryp by Wyndham Dubai was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, thanks to the exceptional staff who truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special shoutout to Gaston and May, who were absolutely phenomenal. Their positive energy was contagious, and their smiles weren’t just out of courtesy—they created a genuinely uplifting atmosphere. It’s rare to meet staff who make you feel so at home and cared for. I also want to express my gratitude to Ahmet Shehta, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. I had a small incident with Soluna Beach staff (which isn’t fully under Tryp by Wyndham’s responsibility), and I casually mentioned it to him to share feedback. To my surprise, instead of just acknowledging it, Ahmet went out of his way to address the matter and ensure I felt valued as a guest. His solution wasn’t a generic response but a thoughtful and personalized approach to make my trip even more memorable. Another standout feature was the flexibility and variety of the half-board dining experience. The selection of restaurants included in the package was excellent, offering diverse and high-quality dining options. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to swap dinner for lunch using the provided voucher, which made planning my days so much easier. Additionally, the Soluna Beach access was absolutely worth it. It added a relaxing and luxurious touch to my stay, and the overall experience made me feel like I was truly on vacation. If this hotel were located anywhere other than Dubai, it would easily be a strong candidate for a 5-star rating. The quality of service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team are absolutely on par with the best hotels out there. Tryp by Wyndham Dubai truly excels in service, and the team’s dedication sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

The staff were very helpful in all ways. Khyam, the concierge, assisted us in retrieving our lost cell phone. He is a super star! The security personnel were equally helpful. The waiter during breakfast spoilt our little daughter with cookies! We had a great stay!
