Very nice place due to centrality, spacious and clean rooms as well as a small but fine breakfast. Moreover, the hotel is located in a calm street which provides you a peaceful sleep. You are close to many sightseeing spots and public trsnsport options. Especially noted has to be the very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with many bookings and had great advice.

The location is very convinient, close to Obelisco but also to the bus and subte stations, Av Corrientes is a busy street/area, full of theaters, minimarkets, places to eat and also a shopping area where you can buy whatever you need.
The host is very nice and will respond very quickly to any doubts you may have, excellent!

Our stay at this place was great! The location was fantastic - close to everything, which was important since we had only a short time in Buenos Aires. The property was very easy to find.
The host was incredibly kind, gave us the keys, and explained everything about the room. The view from the room was beautiful, and we especially liked that the bed was right by the window, making it easy to enjoy the scenery. There was also a well-equipped kitchenette, which was very useful.
A big plus was that the host let us leave our luggage after checkout until our flight, which we really appreciated.
For this price, I can sincerely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful owner, Ysabel. She waited for us to arrive late after 10pm.
She also allowed us a late check-out at 5pm by paying a modest amount. This was extremely helpful as we got sick.
Lots of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and ATM nearby.
