A superb location to explore the heart of Buenos Aires. A boutique hotel which on its own is worthy of praise but when you add in the service received from each member of staff it becomes a location that is highly recommended

Perfect location, in the heart of Buenos Aires. The room was very big, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were great too. The breakfast was good, but can be improved.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times during my visit to Buenos Aires (once in April, later in August). Always a great experience. Very close to many attractions, great rooms with central heating and air conditioner. Always hot water and great showers. Great service by front desk team. Very kind and helpful personel.

The view from room on the Main Avenue is nice. Location is great. Breakfast is OK.

The staff, especially Silvia who was amazing, the facilities and breakfast with its extensive and delicious choices. It was also close to shops and coffee shops. Check them out.

The buffet breakfast at this hotel offers many choices. Staff refresh the buffet, and items and food are refreshed regularly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and always welcoming.

No complaines at all, everything was as expected or in some cases even better.

The elevator was broken when I got to the hotel. I was supposed to stay on the fifth floor. So I had to stay in another hotel. I asked for total reimbursement - the hotel proposed to reimburse only 30% of the price charged in advance. I did not accept . Booking told me that it was my problem to solve directly with the hotel.
