Amazing staff Sofia and her team are all brilliant.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The beautiful decor, spacious and spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast made for a perfect experience. The location is ideal—close to main attractions yet peaceful. The hosts were outstanding! Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation!

The hotel ist very good, well located. The room was nice and quiet . The service is excellent!

Big room Quiet Shower super hot Good location in Retiro

The best is the location of this hotel, you can literally walk to most of the attractions in the city and can save on Uber or transit money. The staff is super friendly and always available to help and quick to respond.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was spacious and comfortable Plus an excellent location

Very nice hotel in a safe and convenient area. Walk to the city centre and many attractions. Excellent breakfast. Room had a fridge and electric kettle, cups and complementary tea in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff who speak good English. Beware if you pay cash, they charge 21% tax.

Very friendly Staff. Good bteakfast and close to most interesting places.👍

Location is too good.. right next to Galeria Pacifico and on Florida street. Excellent value for money and hospitality.

Everything, location, very clean and tidy,

Really lovely experience. The room was very big and comfortable, the air con worked perfectly, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't amazing but given it is included it was more than sufficient. The location is also amazing, I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I loved this hotel, I paid a way lower price than I expected for Buenos Aires, the location is amazing, only one block away from Florida, a commercial street where you can find anything and it's also very touristy and cute. I also expected to have more outside noise because of the area, but it wasn't anything loud or crazy. The bed was really comfortable, the room was very clean and I was surprised to find that the shower worked perfectly. I had showered in Buenos Aires before and water coming out with low pressure was a common issue, but not here. The room was just for me so I was fine with the size but if you like to have more space then that may be a problem for you. And the staff was so kind and friendly! I had a good experience with everyone and if I'm ever back in Buenos Aires I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Clean, all amenities you need, great breakfast, friendly and service minded staff.

The frontdesk staff (esp Joseph) are nice & can speak English. They offer me essential info such as breakfast period and wifi password in the very beginning which is good! Joseph even escort me to the room and introduce me how to use the lovely vintage lift, sounds like I’m a really diplomat with all staff who are ladies & gentlemen! The location is convenient which is close to the Avad 9 de Julio and the theatre for Tango in 10-15mins walk. If you feel hungry, their breakfasts are lovely and nice, you can also go to the supermarket in 30 seconds from the hotel & some quality restaurants within 1-3 mins walk. I like the room which WIFI is strong and stable & the hot water is hot enough while the bed is cozy and big! The lift is vintage which is very 19 century buenos aires but is very efficient to use. Staff are passionate & give me a city map before I leave the lobby. They are also nice to help me call a taxi to the international ferry pier when I left the hotel. I will recommend this high value of money hotel to all travellers! I go to all attractions in B.A. within 1 full day by staying in this hotel!

Everything was perfect All the staff was fantastic David was a very good person with my family The manager was very gentle Definitely we are coming back soon in November for dua lipa concert

Everything was excellent. Large and clean room. Breakfast very good

Very friendly and professional staff at reception. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. (For those who want eggs, you have to pay extra.) Room was an excellent size for one person but might be a bit cramped for 2. (I had booked a single room but there were 2 beds.)

Comfort, breakfast, exceptionally attentive staff

Super nice property. Very good location, walk distance to most important places of BA, really nice staff and rooms really good for the price they have. Definitely staying here again in the future

The hotel is in a very good position and although is a little bit run down the front desk staff is amazing, so helpful and kind and my high grade has to do a lot with them.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. 1km from the port and 1km from Plaza Mayo and in the middle of a vibrant area. The room was cleaned daily and it was very quiet.
