Easy going personel, good location, clean

Greate location, close to the center plus easy to go for jogging in nature. The staff was very friendly.

Room was amazing, really clean and the view was great. The breakfast was really good and there was a lot of options. The staff helped us with anything we asked.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. We stayed here for a night while driving from Denmark to Croatia with our dog. They had a doggie bed and bowl for her and she was so happy with it, wouldn’t even lay in her own bed. The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is nice, and it’s not so far from the inner city/old town part.
