The apartments are located in an excellent area, offering a pleasant view of a well-maintained courtyard. Everything is impeccably clean, and both the rooms and the bathroom with shower leave a very positive impression. The city centre is conveniently close. Parking was easily arranged on the street near the property. The host was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which was evident from the moment the booking was made. Our priority for us was the parking lot. Access to the parking lot was very simple and safe. We had a good time with our family for 2 nights. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower was clean. All the equipment was in the kitchen. There were popular cafes nearby. There was a spar market right in front of it. We reached the old city center in 20 minutes by foot. There is a train station in front of the door. The location is perfect. They thought of everything for us. We will be happy to stay in this house on our next visit to Graz. Also, thank you for your little gifts.

It was a lovely spacious apartment with everything one needs to stay in Graz a few days, in a pleasant area, next to a tram stop - making it easy to go anywhere. Their customer service quickly responds to any questions and is super friendly as well! The Location was very convenient having tram stop right at the entrance and spar on the opposite. The Apartment was super clean, high quality appliances in the kitchen. Also the check in/check out was easy, would love to stay here anytime again.
