Nice, spacious, and completely new bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Although the apartment is about 5 km from the center of Vienna, the location is extremely well connected to downtown as well as to other parts of the city and its surroundings.
Bus 59A (whose stop is practically right below the apartment window, and on the return trip directly in front of the building entrance) goes straight to Karlsplatz. Tram 62 (about 100 meters to the right, across the street) also runs to Karlsplatz. Directly opposite the building there is a U-Bahn station, as well as a train station.
In the immediate vicinity, there are several places where you can enjoy a good breakfast and a nice cup of coffee. If you are visiting for leisure, be sure to check out Gleis//Garten, located on the same street as the apartment (Eichenstraße 2).
