Location was fantastic. Front office all the way to Housekeeping Staffs were just exceptional. Always polite, full of smiles and never fail to greet be it morning or afternoon or night. Customer service at its finest. Hotel room was just superb. Every details were to perfection. We truly enjoyed our stay. Almost everything was just a walking distance. The service at check-in was excellent. Our room was on the 14th floor and faced East Perth and had a great view of the Swan River. The room was very spacious. It a large bathroom with a sensor light coming from the walk-in robe when you walked into the bathroom - a good touch. The supply of an iron and ironing board was useful. The fridge and coffee station was handy. There was also a large desk area. Really well appointed.
