Everything. The apartments (we had both of them) are very comfortable, very clean, we had everything we needed. The metro line 5 takes you directly to the city centre. Carrefour and Burger King are very close by!

The location was perfect for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the coffee was outstanding. The rooms was neat and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after work on a business trip. Next time I will try to make advantage of more facilities like the gym and the laundry room.

Fleur de Ville is a lovely hotel with great staff, nice ambience and a wonderful location close to transportation links and many restaurants. We used it as a base for 7 days and used the Central Station to visit Ghent, Bruges and Antwerp. The hotel is located in an historical building with large well appointed rooms. Prices in the well stocked mini bar were reasonable. Our room faced the street but we found it to be quiet. There is a lovely breakfast room and lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
