This was an amazing place. It’s safe, clean and in a great location with a subway just out the door that connects easily to union station. The apartment came with several details that I hadn’t expected but made a difference: there was a complimentary bottle of water on arrival, coffee and some teas and some little milk pots in the fridge. The apartment also had a one use washing powder and 2 dryer sheets that we made use of on the last night and which was very much appreciated. This was our first time in Toronto and in Canada and gave us a great start. Everything was exactly as advertised.

The location is fantastic, the lobby is beautiful, and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pool was excellent. Our kids really enjoyed the well-equipped playroom. The breakfast at the Dual Citizen restaurant was absolutely delicious.
