Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . The hotel is located very close to the old city center (10min walk). I am very happy with its value for money. The standard double-room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. The personnel was very kind and was flexible to serve our needs during our stay.

The check-in process was great, and the apartment's location couldn't be more convenient, situated close to train stations, a variety of restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment itself is beautiful, super clean, and well-equipped. It comfortably accommodates 4 people and offers an amazing view.
