The BLISS Basel Residence is run by a very friendly and helpful Lebanese family. The same family also runs a Lebanese restaurant attached to the accommodation with delicious food that is also quite cheap for Switzerland. The owner is very friendly, attentive, accommodating and takes good care of his guests. The holiday apartments are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing or not in order, the owner will take care of it and remedy the situation or offer another solution. The apartments are spotless clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. By paying the tourist tax you receive a ticket that entitles you to unlimited use of public transport in Basel and the entire Northwest Switzerland tariff association, so you can also get to Basel Airport with it.

the room and shower were so clean. the pillows were soft, so we asked them for a little harder pillow, and they gave us a very good pillow in a 2 minutes🥰 the bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect, and the view was awesome👌 the resepction girls were so friendly and kind and helpful, espical thanks to vivi( I am not sure about the full name😒) she was soooo helpful and always happy to help you🌸🥰 and the best in this hotel was the breakfast👌👌 . the location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus and tram station, and also you can walk to the city centre within 15 minutes 👌🥰 Hope we can come to switzerland again and stay in this hotel again 🙏🥰🥰

Excellent!! This hotel is truly outstanding — we loved absolutely everything about our stay. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and the service is simply flawless. The rooms are spacious, stylish, beautiful, and new, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was an absolute delight, and the dinner alone is a reason to come back — truly exceptional. The location couldn’t be more central, and the modern spa is a wonderful bonus. I would especially like to highlight the reception team: everything was organized for us perfectly and even beyond our expectations. Absolutely fantastic hotel design, kindest staff, convenient location, l'occitane as a cosmetics, comfy bed, great restaurant, free snacks and coffee, they even offer waterproof bags for swimming with. One of the best hotels we stayed in.

Exceptionally nice hotel at a good price. The room was small but very well designed. Everything you touch in this hotel feels like quality. Very friendly reception. My room facing the garden side was very quiet at night. Great location within two blocks of the city center and only one (free) bus stop from the central station.
