Our room was small but excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for us however we loved the two duvets, the separate toilet and shower areas and the big window. The staff were all amazing, from receptionist to the bar tender and wait staff in the restaurant! We highly recommend their breakfast buffet.

Steinenschanze Charming City & Garden Hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Basel's city centre and the university, close to historical buildings and the old town.

I loved that I received an email from the property with one day before arrival with everything I need to know to get at the hotel. The hotel staff was very professional, the breakfast was healthy and tasty, the room was very comfy. The hotel has a very good location near to the centre. The bus station to the train station is in front of the building. Overall, it was an amazing experience! For sure, next time I’ll pick the same accommodation!

A perfect apartment for a stay in Basel. The attention to detail in this large apartment was appreciated. Nothing was forgotten. There were quant little biscuits with coffee pods and tea facilities. The hand and body wash was Devine. The bedding was fresh and comfortable and the space was large and airy. It is situated just metres to the river and is walking distance to all main attractions. We feel very lucky to have stayed here.

The apartment included a kitchen, laundry facilities and was light filled. It was on the 6th floor with an outdoor terrace. It had a large lift and it was in a secure building. The street had lots of restaurants, clothing shops and close to the trams. The location was central and it was easy to walk to places or take a tram. The host was very helpful and could be contacted if you needed any assistance. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool.

Nice hotel very good location easy to get everywhere in Basel. Tram stop in front of the hotel. The room is so comfortable equipped with everything. Front desk staff so nice especially Mr. Ismael he gentlemen very helpful. It's one of the best hotel in the area.

The hotel is located in a perfect location in the city - near the central station and the old town. The building is new, the room had a terrace, comfortable and spacious, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the building overlooking the city. Very responsive and kind service staff!
