Basic breakfast with bread, cheese, jam (homemade) and orange juice was enough to get the day off to a good start. Both tea and coffee was available with pods. Little garden area to sit in for breakfast and evening drink was ideal. Location literally next to the railway station was ideal giving easy access to both Thun and Bern without need of the car. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, giving advice on what to see in the area.

The hostess, Marianne is a lovely lady who loves what she does. She takes very good care of the property and the customers. Her handmade bread is definitely a star. Also the whole scenery of a countryside village is a winner.

The rooms were nicely appointed and had loving, artful touches. The bathroom had all kinds of nice toiletries. There were fruit, chocolates, coffee, tea to enjoy.

We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. We were the first guests at this property, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. The peaceful location offered stunning views of the valley below, with horses and cows grazing nearby—truly a Swiss countryside dream.
