Wonderful experience with the host: extremely good description of the place, very good and thoughtful communication upfront (we were asked if we wanted one bed or also the sofa bed with linen even if we traveled with 2 people only) and very nicely prepared with snacks and drinks to welcome us. Ticket for the public transport is included and it is very easy to take the tram. The apartment was very clean and nice. The apartment is in a normal house, but we did not hear any neighbor. The windows were extremely good and when closed we did not hear any noise and could sleep very well. The parking garage was 200m away, so we unloaded / loaded luggage in front of the house and then parked the car. Thank you!

Basic breakfast with bread, cheese, jam (homemade) and orange juice was enough to get the day off to a good start. Both tea and coffee was available with pods. Little garden area to sit in for breakfast and evening drink was ideal. Location literally next to the railway station was ideal giving easy access to both Thun and Bern without need of the car. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, giving advice on what to see in the area.

Hotel & Bistro Pêle-Mêle enjoys a central location in Bern, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and 200 metres from the well-known Bear Pit.

I was absolutelly happy to stay in such autentenic place! Yes, narrow stairs, the floor is a bit creaky, furnace, small bachroom...but for me everything were unique face of the hotel. Very kihdly staff ! thanks for the early check-in! Very tasty "farm" breakfast. Clean, comfortable, walking distance till main street. Greate value for money option!

We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us.
