Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The entire apartment was great - large and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware and cookware and had a large refrigerator and oven. It has a washing machine and dryer for clothes. The location is in the heart of the old town off the main street and couldn't be better for sightseeing or old town access. It even overlooks the large city Munster out the back windows! Access using door codes was simple. We will stay here again when we come back to Bern!

They are very nice in the reception, they do their best to respond to your special requests. The hotel is very well located, in the center of the city, very near the train station. I was able to leave my luggage even after my check out. I really appreciate my stay there.

The hotel is in the city center. I visited interesting places on foot. They also gave me a free voucher for local public transport. The hotel room was comfortable, calm and quiet, the sound of the rain woke me up... there is a beautiful view from the window... in short, it is an extraordinary place.

This place is pretty cool but some things to know before you stay that help. This place has a self service check in. So you need to do this online before you get to the property. You then get access to the room and front door via your phone which is really handy. Level one has a hotel assistant all who are super friendly and helpful and basically there from the time you’re up to when you go to sleep. There are really comfortable communal lounging areas where you can relax with friends and family. There is a large shared kitchen and dinning area with complementary coffee fruits and people just come down and have dinner and chill all together it’s really nice but kept super clean and organised by the assistance. They also have FREE washing machine and dryer which when travelling around is so handy. At first I wasn’t sure about this place but it was great and would love to find more places like this.
