Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

Housed in a former Guild Hall, the Hotel des Balances enjoys a picturesque location on the Reuss river in the heart of Old Lucerne. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

We were blown away by the size of the apartment. The photos didn't show just how large the 3 bedroom setup was. Every window had an amazing view, especially after the snow fell. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Lounge was really impressive. Kitchen well setup with all appliances working perfectly. Clothes washer and dryer very appreciated! The hosts provided us with a detailed check in, fully explaining everything we needed to know. The lift was a life saver for luggage. The location was excellent being close to everything you could need and tourist hotspots. We would definitely stay here again
