We were upgraded to a very spacious room and thank you! It is the best room among our 4 stops in Switzerland. The breakfast is very good and the atmosphere is relaxing ! The recommendation for coffee and cake was excellent, it's a must to try! The parking arrangement is also very efficient and clear.

This was the most pet friendly and comfortable and kind place I ever experienced. The staff were amazing, especially to my dog, and made sure his experience was just as relaxing and fun as mine. He didn’t want to leave. They were super respectful and always positive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The hotel itself was the most calming environment I have ever been in, and always smelt amazing, in every room. The beds were insanely comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud and the views and air and snow were also amazing. You felt really healthy and happy here.
