Location was very good, close to the train station. Room was spacious, very clean and had all facilities. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. We met Gery himself who is the owner. Everything was arranged very nicely from the room to kitchen to (a huge) bathroom. Didn't feel like a hostel but like own home. Very clean and everything is modern. Gery had made sure to stock all the supplies (even a travel adapter). Can even use laundry service if required. Really pleased and definitely worth more than money spent.

The breakfast was very nice. We did not try the restaurant in the evening but from the look of it I expect it would have been very nice. It feels like the restaurant is the main business of the place. It was very nice to have parking just across the street. They also have a charger where we could have charged our Tesla, but we had enough battery so we've chosen not to. They've also had free electric scooters that the guests could use, but in our case it was not possible since it was a bit rainy and was not the best weather for scooters.

Staff more than friendly, we feel at home!!! Very nice breakfast, lots of home made marmelades, very close to a bus stop that gives directly to the city town! Room/bathroom are very clean, courtesy apple/water/coffe. Every other time at Lucerne we will stay at this property!
