One of the best hotels I've stayed! The amazing design of the building, outstanding service from all staffs (from the doorman to the IT manager), the view of our room, the variety of breakfast... literally everything! Check-in and out went very smooth. Miss Zuo & Miss Pan at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I can see they really like their job and feel proud of it. Will definitely come back!

But breakfast in this hotel was a real experience for me!!! Not only was the breakfast different every day, but even the complementary meals throughout the day were new and different. Amazing in taste, so I thought it necessary to thank the chefs - two chefs, one for the sweet part, the other for the dishes, both were personally present in the dining room. Excellent, thank you!! Just go on! In addition, the view from the glass restaurant from a height of 400 meters - FANTASY!

Featuring free bikes, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hilton Suzhou is located in the centre of Suzhou, 8.3 km from Jinji Lake. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The location is in a nice area, close to a metro line and park.
