It was an unforgettable, unique experience and I'm very happy I chose this option for our stay in Berlin. We are more inclined to stay in hotels, but I couldn't resist my curiosity and I'm grateful I followed my intuition. It's truly a magical experience - the location is basically a real life postcard and the whole time we just felt like we're in a movie :) The gentle sway of the water feels very relaxing and the house itself is extremely accommodating - we found everything we needed for our stay. There is a great restaurant just next to it and the trail around the lake is very enjoyable. We loved the old boats area particularly.

We got a room with an outstanding view on the sky over Berlin in the 6th floor. It was very clean. The staff was kind! The location offers good public transport connections, and there are always several car sharing options which saves a lot of time! Also there is a small shop in the same building, very useful!

Everything was perfect. Good location near bus stop and 10 minute walk to the train station. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and in general good food and fair prices at the restaurant. The personnel are very polite and helpful. Definitely will choose this hotel again when back in Berlin
