Very nice service at the reception - people working there were always smiling. Good location if you are arriving by car - not far from the Berlin city center, nearby metro station and the hotel is just outside the low emission zone. Cheap parking.

The single room on the ground level on the main road side was quiet with the window closed and still okay with the window open. The hotel was quiet, bed comfortable, staff friendly & helpful. U-bahn station is about 10m away. Supermarket opposite the road and lots of places to eat & drink close by.

Good location and clean comfy rooms. The metro is just next to the hotel. Despite late arrival, and my reservation from booking that expired, the hotel enabled me to check in.
