It was super clean and the decor is absolutely stunning. Perfect for metal and rock fans with a metal café right underneath the room. You can hear the music in the master bedroom when you open the window but if you close it it's fine. And they provide earplugs in every room. Everything was super clean and there was enough toilet paper and stuff like that. Just 100% the best place I've ever stayed at.

We had a room in the newly renovated part of the hotel. We think we were the only guests staying at that floor. We were not bothered by the works. The hotel is well located to visit the city and the Christmasmarkets. We parked nearby and got a discount through the hotel. A lot of choice for breakfast. We would stay here again.

This hotel opposite Essen Central Station offers, Wi-Fi.. The pedestrian area starts outside the hotel. The Garner Hotel Essen - Handelshof has modern, air-conditioned rooms with high ceilings.

The room was huge ( i booked the 29sq m double one ) , It was very clean and comfort. No noise ( with closed windows ) and the temperature inside the room great . The location was excellent as it is in front ( 100m ) of the Essen main station and our transportation rides were super easy . A plus that at the station there are shops as dm , supermarket and many cafe - breakfast stores. Very friendly staff.
