The hotel was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The size of the room is huge, compared to European standards. The lady at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. The location is good, in a lush green and quite neighbourhood but also very close to the metro station.

The accommodation is located in Steele, a local centre with a historic flavour. Actually, local pedestrian zone looks better then in central Essen. It is very close to the rail line that connects all major cities in Ruhr (Dusseldorf, Duisburg, Essen, Bochum, Dortmund) + DUS airport. We had an issue with heating in the flat (in February). The host immediately reacted and fix it within an hour. Great!

Nice and clean rooms, a small room, but good , also quite , staff was polite, and He wait us for late check in, . Good facilities, only small issues but overall a very good . I recommend it.

Great location for access to the main transport terminal (HBF) for both transport and shopping was very convenient. No need for a taxi on arrival or departure, just a short walk. Whilst it is on a busy road, traffic slows to a very low level in the evening and we did not lose any sleep overnight from it. The host was the most attentive to ensuring the quality of our stay so far in our nearly 3 months travelling and gave a great rundown on the property and immediate location on arrival. Size and fit out were fantastic making this a good value and comfortable property to stay at, which we would use again when in Essen.
