The apartment was spanking new, beautifully designed with all furniture AND appliances straight out of communist DDR (the more well off part of the society). The queen size bed was equipped with top notch spring mattress and very soft sheets. Large department store few blocks away.

The bed was somethin’ else – like sleepin’ on a cloud. Peaceful, quiet nights, and I woke up feelin’ more refreshed than I have in yonks. The bathroom was a treat, wi’ lush towels and a rain shower that felt pure indulgent.

location is perfect, it is in the center of the city while it's relatively quiet at night. Bars around are very cozy. I wasn't in Leipzig in peak season I guess, so my room was not full. Staffs are very friendly even though English is very limited and my German was also very limited, we figured a way to communicate.
