Liked: • Excellent and helpful hosts; • Clean, tidy. Extremely cozy, we felt like at home; • The apartments have everything you could possibly need and even more….. • The hosts pamper guests with small gifts and greetings in their native language. • Free parking on a nearby street, ~ 50 m away. There are usually enough places even in the evening. • The apartments are in the suburbs of Leipzig, but the connection to the city center seems good. We were with our private car, but in the center we could find a parking space even on a working days. On Sundays, parking in the city center is free. • During working hours, parking in the city center is 3.0-3.5 Eur/hour. There are many underground parkings. • Good Wi-Fi connection; • Check-in is flexible without any problems (and fees), the hosts send the codes for the external and internal doors. Therefore, guests can arrive at a time convenient for them; • Check-out is simple and based on mutual trust (Thank you, nice). • Although the location and surroundings of the apartments are not impressive, when you get to the center of Leipzig, you feel like you are really in Germany; • I definitely recommend it.

We needed to stay close to the heart clinic in Leipzig, and this was a great location for it. We would have extended our stay, if the apartment wasn't already booked! It is located in the back house, away from the street and above the buidling is only shared with a yoga studio. That means it's very quiet and we could feel assured knowing our children wouldn't disturb anyone. There was an exceptional amount of storage facilities.

Easy to reach by car, parking spot is available, food store is ca. 500m away on foot, contactless check in, friendly stuff, cleanness, spacious room, cutlery & dishes along with a small refrigerator. Although cafe is right under the window, it was not disturbing.

Nice and comfortable apartment about 10 minutes from downtown by car. We loved the Versace motive. The house itself is special with its wooden stairs. Thank you for the little surprise! There aren't many restaurant options around the flat, but there is a huge supermarket about 5 minutes by walk, where there is an asian street food vendour and a turkish fast food stall.
