Very clean and modern hotel, no nuisance or noise from neighbors or the close by train station. The room was comfortable and had a good and quiet AC. Big shower with nice soap! Breakfast was delicious and had a decent variaty of foods.

Conveniently set in the Berg am Laim district of Munich, gambino hotel WERKSVIERTEL is set 2.8 km from Deutsches Museum, 3.2 km from New Town Hall and 3.2 km from Mariensäule. The hotel was amazing, we had the opportunity to have to room earlier than expected which was really convenient. The view is absolutely gorgeous, especially by night. The room was sparkling clean and the bathroom was the great plus of the stay (with high quality soap). 2 mirrors with is also convenient. The bed was confortable +++ . We didn't use the TV but I'm sure it works perfectly. The location is also great, 5min walking distance to Ost-bahnhof where you can take S-bahn, train and U-bahn as well. With the u-bahn you reach a P+R (Innsbrucker Ring) in only 5 min (for which you pay 2€ for 24h) and the city center is only 10min away with the S-bahn. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room cleaning was perfect.We hired a car during our visit and use hotel’s parking area.

I've stayed in many hostels, hotels, b&bs etc. and Wombat hit all the marks. The bunks are comfy with a lot of privacy, good bathrooms in each room, great common spaces, super friendly staff, and a perfect location near Munich ostbahnhof. A hostel I would happily return to or recommend to others
