Very good nice clean room with balcony situated in quite location (but still close to everything you need), very close to the Sbahn station with direct connection to the centre of Munich (about 20-25 minutes), excelent breakfast

Rooms were newly renovated and spacious. Beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows and amazing duvet. Hotel itself was near the center, around 10 min by tram. In addition, hotel had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was so friendly.
