The place had everything needed for a few day long stay. Location was great, a bit further from center but direct tram is available which was great. The host was very helpful, whenever we had a question either before or during the stay, they were answering within a reasonable timeframe.

This hotel is underrated. For the price, sufficiency and location I don't see the reason not to give 10 points. I thought it is simple hotel for short stay but clean convenient room and relatively big bathroom are up to the standard of a regular (mid-range) hotel, not a budget one, yet the price is budget-friendly for Munich. And location is perfect for both city center and airport : exactly on Moosach train station, up to 15 minutes to the center and up to 30 minutes to the airport.
