Good location. Apartments are exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Room was very warm on arrival, which was great as it was so cold out. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are perfectly equipped for a short stay, with all you need to have breakfast at home. We also made snacks in the evening on days we had eaten out at lunchtime.

Nice room design, nice bathroom with a double shower head. Very comfortable, wide bed and pillow. Adjustable aircon/heating, tv, usb plugs. The hotel's elevator takes you straight into the supermarket on the ground floor. Possibility of free parking nearby. Close railway station. Quiet residential area.

Great value for money! The apartment was exactly as described and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better – just a short 5-minute walk to Oktoberfest, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the festival without worrying about transport. What really stood out was the host, who was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and very flexible with our needs. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment was also easy to reach by car, and parking was simple and convenient, which is a big plus in Munich.
