Simple accommodation. Nicely located to a local supermarket. Also not far from local metro train. The bar at the hotel is open til late, which was really nice. Thomas Hunger the Barman/nightshift was great. He was very attentive, super helpful.

Great value for money! The apartment was exactly as described and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better – just a short 5-minute walk to Oktoberfest, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the festival without worrying about transport. What really stood out was the host, who was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and very flexible with our needs. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment was also easy to reach by car, and parking was simple and convenient, which is a big plus in Munich. Overall, a fantastic place to stay – excellent location, welcoming host, and great value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Oktoberfest or the city in general.

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. From receptionist to people serving breakfast. Such happy and kind people. Rooms were very nice (it doesn't look like from hallways, but it's really nice. Room was cleaned after 1 night staying there which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good. Love the coffee that was made for us and all the fresh fruit!
