easyHotel Nice Palais des Congrès – Old Town is a budget hotel located beside the Acropolis Palais des Congrès, 700 metres from Place Garibaldi and 850 metres from the Port. Hotel is great, room had enough space and was very simple organized. The hotel is at a great location only 10min walk to old town and main tram station.

This hotel is set in central Nice, just 50 metres from Acropolis Exhibition Centre and a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access and an on-site bar. Perfect location.Nice ,clean room and bathroom.Staff were incredibile helpful and gave us a lot of recomandations.

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions and the Acropolis Centre. It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. Free WiFi is available. The place and the stuff are amazing. The location is very close to the old city center and has good connections to Monaco and the main train station (between 10-15 min to the main train station with Tram No. 1, close to the Tram No. 2, which connects the main airport to the city center; the bus to Monaco is 5 min walk from the hotel, also 3 min walk is a big Carrefour).Also, the breakfast was amazing, in a very traditional French style.

This place is highly recommended for the stay in Nice for 2 to 4 people.
