The location of the bruntsfield was perfect, number 11 and 16 bus right outside took us into the heart of the city, bus drivers could do with some training though! breakfast was exceptional the best we have ever had in UK. The ladies who oversee breakfast Jean and Pauline were a ray of sunshine I hope they are paid well? The room was spotless and we had everything so thank you to the unseen staff in the hotel the housekeepers. We were surprised by the hotel the pics on booking.com do not do it justice its old with a modern twist. Warm and very friendly, parking is £10 a day and worth it as the prices to park in the city are eye watering.

They make themselves available to cater to your every need and also have excellent tips for Edinburgh. I’ll definitely stay at Castle Park again when I’m in town.

Very comfy and cleaned. The location was another positive point. The owner was responsive to any questions I had and very helpful in general. Around the place are good restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets.
