The location is great. Staff were really polite. Great bonus with unlimited coffee (for coffee lovers 😁) and croissants in the morning. The room was specious with the place for the luggage and clothes. Good working desk if you have to work.

Great hosts who made us feel like family. Did our laundry for a reasonable price and gave us clear informative ideas on how to travel downtown.
We love to walk and walked to the royal mile and back several times, but bus service is easy from the hotel too.
Highly recommended.

The property is the most magnificent building in Edinburgh.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. They helped us in getting a doctor when my baby became unwell there - thank you.
Thank you also for the lovely baby welcome gifts, they made my daughter very happy :).
Rooms were large and very comfortable.
